History
Symphony was born to Timpani and Melody. Timpani was not good tempered and never wanted foals. But he did want Melody so to speak. Melody could have easily walked away from him, but something about him made her stay. She followed him around supporting his decisions. She would have loved to make a herd but Timpani wanted her to herself and no foals would ruin that. Once they were old enough, Timpani would run off the foals after they didn't need Melody anymore. (seeing as they are Deserto breeds, foals grow very fast and don't need their mother very long.)
After getting run off, Symphony learned to live on his own. He didn't trust a lot of horses and didn't let anybody to get close to him for fear they will leave him. He did let two others into his life only because they shared the same pain. And they of course were related. A few years passed and he found his mother again. She had a Colt standing by her side and name him Canon. She said Timpani was growing more violent and feared for the life of her colt. She made Symphony promise to take him and look after him and never let his father see him. He agreed and Symphony watched his mother leave him for the second time.
Canon made it more difficult for Symphony to travel as Canon was afraid of...well...pretty much anything that moved. Nothing Symphony said would change his mind and thought that it was a phase that would pass. But through it all Symphony looked after him until Canon grew to a full adult and his "phase" never passed. He still looked after him though because he wanted to keep his promise to his mother. He knew Canon wouldn't make it a day in the desert alone.
On their travels Symphony and Canon come across a small but troublesome yearling that decides to follow them around from a distance. Canon is nervous with her presence and finally Symphony confronts her. She tells them that she is their youngest sister, Lyric. She tells the story of her being born. Timpani never was around for the first few months until he decided it was time for Lyric to leave their lives permanently. All she remembers is Timpani barreling towards them both and Melody yelling and telling her to run away and find her brothers as she knew that Symphony would take care of her.
With all that Symphony went through, he still managed to find love in the form of Jasmine. Another Deserto that he is grateful for finding in this huge desert. It took her a while but she got him to open up to her and he let her in. But with this new love that he let in, he also let in a new enemy. Convochi also had an interest in Jasmine and believes that she was wrong for choosing Symphony. Convochi vows to defeat Symphony in order to win Jasmine once and for all. The siblings welcomed Jasmine into the herd.
